The biggest challenge I faced before working with Jocelyn was feeling isolated around food and using food and eating to disconnect from emotional overwhelm and presence.
After working with Jocelyn, the feeling of isolation ended. We have cultivated a tender caring place from which to observe and listen to the behavior as messenger, friend and body-self.
Folks, you need to know that Jocelyn has a substantial capacity for holding space for you in the highly likely possibility that everything you are seeking to be and express naturally is already inside you.
She is the most loving and compassionate mirror anyone has held up to my distresses and low self-esteem places. I trust her completely as someone who has done her work to hold a container of safety for anyone who seeks to evolve richly.
Before working with Jocelyn, I had been experiencing incredible grief, loss and isolation. I placed limits on my greatness and constantly questioned my natural wisdom, light, and beauty.
I have come to learn that pushing away some part of myself that I am newly aware of and may have difficulty accepting only makes that part raise its voice and behavior until it gets simple acknowledgement.
I found it helpful to take time before each of my guided sessions with Jocelyn to recall or set an intention for what I would like to work with from my body's perspective.
My nervous system is in the process of healing every traumatic situation I’ve survived so that I can develop a tolerance for feeling, listening and accepting my body the way it is as well as for the depth of my sensitivities. I seek to discover my true nature.
Through the experience of the classes and guided sessions with Jocelyn, I have a great deal more space inside me for the truth that I am the sum total of ALL my parts and that ALL of me deserves acknowledgment, engagement, love and acceptance.
